Humana Inc. seeks a Lead Cloud Architect in Louisville, KY.Duties: - Perform technical planning, architecture development and modification of specifications for cloud computing environments. - Develop specifications for new IT cloud computing products and service offerings. - Asses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards in order to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. - Lead and define the strategic architecture and transformation blueprints depicting target end state cloud-based architecture to guide the delivery of business capabilities. - Keep the cloud cost optimized and help the development team migrate the workloads from on premises to cloud.100% telecommuting permitted within the U.S.This role requires a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field, plus 5 years of experience developing or testing software applications.Additionally this role requires 5 years of experience in each of the following:• Azure Cloud experience with a focus on App Services, Azure Functions, Data Factory, Azure Log Analytics, Logic Apps, Event Hub and Event Grid.• Python, SQL, Scala, Hadoop, Hive and Sqoop.• Devops.• Data engineering (Data Engg.).• Technical Analysis for source data.• Databricks.This role requires 1 year of experience with the following skills:• Terraform.• Cloud Cost Optimization in Azure Cloud or any other cloud.Pre-employment drug screen and background check is required.40 hours/week.
