Job Scope: • We are looking to hire an Azure System Engineer to assist with system upgrades and small-scale system build projects • Primary objective is to lead the Server Migration, Server Maintenance, Authentication, and Support initiatives Azure VDI: • Need this Engineer to have experience in implementing and maintaining Microsoft Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) • Want to implement Azure VDI – first month is guidance/planning for the initiative + assisting with implementation and design strategy Server Migration and Maintenance: • Plan and execute server migrations, including upgrading from legacy systems (e.g., Windows Server 2012 R2) to modern platforms (e.g., Windows Server 2022). Authentication Systems Development: • Design and deploy an authentication server to integrate and synchronize with Azure Active Directory (AAD). • Configure secure authentication protocols for network devices, including Cisco and FortiGate. • Enable authentication synchronization from AAD to additional platforms, such as Meraki, ensuring consistent and secure access management.
