Job Description Job Description General Scope of Position: Examine, improve, and streamline business processes. Identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement, while working with various departments to develop and implement new processes, procedures, and technology to improve the organization's efficiency and effectiveness. Travel may be required to facilitate training activities, project work, and customer support. It is expected that the travel requirements will be less than 10% of the time. Position Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, or a related field. Experience with business process emphasis is a plus. Strong verbal and written communication skills are mandatory. This position requires use of Microsoft Office applications, IBM Notes, Infor CRM, Infor LN (ERP)[SD1] , and a Windows operating environment. Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Waterfall) is beneficial. Corporate language is English, bilingual is a plus; position will be interacting with multiple cultures (German, French and Spanish). Job Responsibilities: • Process Analysis: Evaluate current business processes by gathering and analyzing data to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement. • Requirements Gathering: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, gather requirements, and translate them into actionable insights and process enhancements. • Process Design: Develop and document detailed process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures to support process improvements and ensure alignment with business objectives. • Solution Development: Propose and design solutions to address identified issues, leveraging technology and process improvements to optimize performance. • Implementation: Coordinate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and maximizing the benefits of the improvements. • Monitoring and Reporting: Track the performance of implemented processes, using metrics and key performance indicators to assess their effectiveness and identify further opportunities for enhancement. • Training and Support: Provide training and support to team members on new processes and tools, ensuring smooth adoption and adherence to best practices. • Continuous Improvement: Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously refine and improve business processes.
