Lead Solutions Architect - Agentic AI 💰 Salary: $170,000 - 200,000 per year At Jobot we are looking for a Architect engineer! 🛠️ Our tech stack: AI, AWS, Architect, Azure, CI/CD, Cloud, CRM, Docker, Embedded, ERP, GCP, GraphQL, ITSM, Kubernetes, n8n, OAuth, REST, Security, Slack, Terraform, UiPath, UX UI Design 📝 Rquirements: - A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline. - A minimum of 10 years of experience in solution architecture, automation, or AI platforms. - At least 3 years of experience designing and implementing production-quality agentic AI solutions with multi-agent orchestration at an enterprise level. - Proven ability to integrate AI agents with critical business systems (ERP, CRM, ITSM) and workflows. - Expertise in generative AI, agent autonomy, tool integration, and human-in-the-loop design. - Familiarity with standards like Model Context Protocol (MCP) and Agent-to-Agent (A2A) communication protocols. - Practical experience with agentic frameworks (such as LangChain/LangGraph, Microsoft Autogen, Azure AI Agent Service, CrewAI, N8N, UiPath, Automation Anywhere). - Experience with cloud-native architectures (AWS, Azure, GCP), containerization (Kubernetes, Docker), and Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). - A solid background in enterprise integrations (REST/GraphQL, event-driven systems), identity/access management (OAuth/OIDC, SCIM), and collaboration platforms (Teams, Slack). - Knowledge of AI security and compliance best practices, including data isolation, audit trails, and PII protection. 👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are: - Design and deliver enterprise-scale agentic AI solutions that feature multi-agent collaboration, ensuring alignment with business objectives and measurable KPIs (such as efficiency, cost savings, performance). - Emphasize user-centric designs that facilitate intuitive interactions (including chat, voice, and embedded UI), and maintain clear human-in-the-loop escalation paths while adhering to best practices for conversational user experience. - Lead cross-functional teams (including IT, engineers, and process owners) to ensure swift and high-ROI solution execution, aligning architecture and operations across various teams. - Define and uphold best practices for agentic AI solution design, orchestration patterns, CI/CD pipelines, and protocols to guarantee the consistency, scalability, and reliability of enterprise deployments. - Develop and manage a classification framework for agentic solutions (like autonomous workflows and AI-assisted tasks) and promote reusable components (including prompts, connectors, and guardrails) to enhance delivery speed and value. - Maintain a registry of agents and agentic processes, ensuring ownership, performance tracking, and adhering to governance, transparency, security, and compliance standards. - Showcase the potential of agentic AI capabilities, mentor teams on frameworks, autonomy design, and safety protocols, and share implementation insights to foster wider adoption.
