Location: Miramar, FL or Dallas, TX — Hybrid (3 days onsite required) Schedule: 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM Overview We are seeking a Senior Analyst – IT to lead the deployment of a Cyber Resiliency initiative focusing on the implementation of an Out-of-Band Communication and Document Repository Tool. This solution will ensure business continuity in the event of a ransomware or cyber incident. The selected candidate will collaborate with internal stakeholders and vendors, evaluate tools, and drive the project forward. Key Responsibilities • Serve as the solution lead for the Cyber Resiliency workstream. • Evaluate tools (e.g., SharePoint Enterprise, OpenText, FileCloud) and define requirements. • Prepare and deliver executive presentations and leadership updates. • Develop proof-of-concepts and facilitate testing of selected tools. • Create training materials, system documentation, and process documentation. • Drive coordination across internal teams and manage project deliverables. • Develop and maintain runbooks, playbooks, and system design documentation. • Contribute to business continuity and cyber event response planning. Must-Have Skills & Experience • Deep understanding of business continuity, disaster recovery, and cyber resilience concepts (e.g., ransomware scenarios, offline systems). • Hands-on experience with enterprise content management tools: SharePoint (Enterprise level), OpenText, FileCloud. • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint administration). • Excellent process documentation skills (BRDs, process flows, SOPs). • Self-starter capable of managing their own workstream independently. • Strong communication skills and the ability to confidently present to leadership. • Experience leading or supporting tool implementations or evaluations. • Ability to translate between technical and business audiences. Nice-to-Have Skills • Direct experience supporting cyber resiliency initiatives or incident management tools. • Familiarity with out-of-band communications systems. • Understanding of IT infrastructure and cloud concepts to inform tool design and deployment. Minimum Qualifications • 3+ years leading medium to complex systems development projects. • Strong critical thinking, analytical, and problem-solving skills. • Experience influencing and collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Excellent communication, presentation, and leadership skills. • Strong organizational and planning abilities in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with Microsoft tools including Visio and MS Office 365. • Knowledge of out-of-band communication and business continuity/crisis management practices. • Proficiency in documenting business requirements and supporting functional specs. • Ability to gather and analyze data and interpret results for business decision-making. • Experience supporting process improvement and automation initiatives. • Ability to coach, mentor, and lead team members as needed. Education • Bachelor’s Degree required.
