POWER PLATFORM DEVELOPER – HYBRID IN NEW YORK CITY We are seeking a Power Platform Developer for a 6-month hybrid contract position in New York City. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Microsoft Power Platform tools and a strong background in both low-code and custom development. Immediate availability is required. What You’ll Do • Design and implement solutions using Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, and Copilot Studio • Develop custom functionality using JavaScript, TypeScript, C#, and .NET where needed • Create and manage custom connectors and APIs for data integration • Utilize Azure services (Logic Apps, Functions, API Management) to extend Power Platform capabilities • Model data effectively and integrate with external sources like SQL Server, Dynamics 365, and REST APIs • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, analysts, and project managers • Gather and translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions • Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders • Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members on best practices What You’ll Bring • 10+ years of overall IT experience preferred • Proven expertise with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Pages, Power Virtual Agents/Copilot Studio) • Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 tools (e.g., SharePoint, Teams, Excel) and their integration with Power Platform • Proficiency in both low-code/no-code development and custom coding • Hands-on experience with Dataverse and data modeling concepts • Solid problem-solving skills with the ability to align solutions with strategic goals • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills • Experience working with government clients or in public sector environments • Familiarity with Agile project environments • Prior mentoring or leadership experience on development teams Qualified candidates are encouraged to apply immediately.
