What You'll Do Conexus Food Solutions (Chicago, IL) seeks an ERP Database Administrator to be a key contributor to the design, implementation, and the on-going support Conexus' ERP system and work closely with the business unit leaders to facilitate the configuration, adoption, training, and ongoing sustainability of the ERP platform. Specific duties include: provide end-user support and ERP training; assist in the development and processing of end-user testing; contribute to the design, development, testing, and deployment of ERP modules, workflows, and enhancements; build customizations using extensions and scripts to meet business needs; be the subject matter expert for system functionality and proper system use; maintain, troubleshoot, and repair system software; monitor system performance to ensure optimization and ensure system security; review internal proposals for system changes or customizations; working with existing external resources to negotiate such work where appropriate; create and maintain user accounts and provide access and restrictions; working along with HR for onboarding/offboarding; and execute reports based on business requirements; write IT documentation and procedures. Option to work remotely 10% of the time. Position requires a Bachelor's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, or a closely related field of study, plus 4 years of experience in the job offered, or as a Developer or similar position in development or database administration. Must have 4 years of experience working with each of the following: C#; JavaScript/TypeScript; ASP.NET; Microsoft Azure / O365; Microsoft SQL Server; HTML; CSS; JavaScript; and project management including business analysis, solution architect, testing and deployment. Must also have 3 years of experience working with each of the following: Microsoft SharePoint; and Agile development including Scrum / Kanban. Additionally, must have 2 years of experience working with Microsoft Active Directory. Specific experience must also include engaging stakeholders across diverse cultural environments, including experience working with Chinese stakeholders. Option to work remotely 10% of the time.
