Hybrid San Jose, 3 days in 2 day remote Position Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. IT Systems Administrator to oversee and manage our IT infrastructure providing level 3 escalation support. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in systems administration and be responsible for maintaining the reliability, security, and efficiency of our IT systems. Responsible for development, deployment, and day-to-day support and administration of the ATI server (on-premises and cloud) IT infrastructure, including Active Directory domain and Office 365. Work in a proactive global team environment driving innovative solutions/architecture to positively impact the success of the company. Key Responsibilities • Manage and maintain all aspects of the IT infrastructure, including servers, storage, and networking equipment. • Implement and manage backup strategies to ensure data integrity and availability. • Enhance system security through monitoring, updates, and vulnerability assessments. • Administer Active Directory for user access and privileges management. • Oversee virtualization technologies including VMWare, vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter. • Manage cloud services and applications in AWS and Azure environments. • Design and implement virtual server architecture to optimize performance and scalability. • Document processes and procedures for system management and disaster recovery. • Support ITIL best practices in service management and incident response. Qualifications • Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience in systems administration or a related field. • Strong knowledge of systems administration, backups, and security best practices. • Proficiency in managing Active Directory user authorizations • Linux expert • Proficiency in scripting languages such as Powershell or Python • VMWare/Hypervisors • Networking, DHCP / DNS / Radius / Single Sign On (Okta) Benefits HMO/PPO Plans, FSA, Dental, Vision, Short and long term disability, 20 Paid holidays + PTO, 401K Email Your Resume In Word To Looking forward to receiving your resume through our website and going over the position with you.
