We are looking for a Program Manager- Release Management In this role You will lead the release and risk management process for enterprise-scale AI experiences delivered across productivity platforms like email, collaboration tools, and document applications. This includes driving coordinated launches of over 100 features across multiple product endpoints. The role requires strong cross-functional collaboration, attention to detail, and deep expertise in managing software readiness, Shiproom processes, and delivery pipelines. You’ll be the key link between product feature teams, platform teams, and release stakeholders—ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end release planning and risk mitigation for AI features across multiple user-facing endpoints Serve as the liaison between feature teams, engineering, product management, and platform owners to align release timelines Lead participation in Shiproom-style readiness meetings and represent feature status, risks, and go/no-go criteria Maintain and track release pipelines in Azure DevOps (ADO), ensuring task completion, risk flagging, and visibility Partner with other Program Managers to support release governance, process improvements, and stakeholder communications Gather, consolidate, and communicate readiness information and dependencies across cross-functional teams Adapt to evolving requirements and quickly respond to shifting priorities in a highly dynamic product space Required Qualifications 5–7+ years of experience in release management and/or risk management for software or enterprise platform environments Strong experience (5+ years) leading or actively contributing to Shiproom, Go/No-Go, or release readiness forums 5+ years working with Azure DevOps (ADO) to manage delivery pipelines and track engineering workflows Experience managing large-scale, cross-team feature deployments or launches Exceptional communication, coordination, and stakeholder engagement skills Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field Preferred Qualifications Experience working with or supporting AI-driven tools or platforms Familiarity with enterprise software deployment across collaboration tools (e.g., productivity apps, cloud platforms) PMI or PMP certification or formal program management training Prior experience working in or with large, matrixed enterprise technology organizations Salary Range Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $100,000 - $110,000 USD/annually. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
