Summary Our Litigation & Business Valuation team assists clients in determining the financial impact of disputes, valuations for businesses, and expert witness support. As a Litigation + Business Valuation Staff, you assist in financial analyses, forensic accounting, and litigation support. This entry-level role provides exposure to litigation cases, valuation projects, and financial dispute resolutions. Essential Duties & Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, the following: • Assist in financial analyses and forensic accounting procedures • Support litigation engagements by gathering and organizing data • Prepare initial drafts of reports and exhibits under in-charge supervision • Conduct industry and case-related research • Collaborate with senior staff on engagements • Maintain organized workpapers and documentation • Other duties as assigned Desired Education & Experience • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field • Strong analytical, research, and problem solving abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial analysis tools • Excellent communication and organizational abilities • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) exam or Certified Valuation Analyst (CVA) exam eligibility required
