Role Responsibilities: As a Microsoft Power Platform Developer at Guidehouse, you will be responsible for providing hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform-based solutions satisfying customer requirements. This includes delivering services and solutions for clients using Microsoft's PowerApps, Power BI, SharePoint, Power Automate, Microsoft Teams, custom development, and data integrations. The ideal candidate will also conduct end-user training, create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation, automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate, develop and continue to refine Power Platform implementation standards and tools, and present tailored demonstrations of the technology solution. They will work closely with stakeholders and project team members to design and implement the enterprise Microsoft Dynamics solution ensuring high quality, reliable results. The candidate will serve as a Microsoft Power Platform Subject Matter Expert (SME) with technical expertise including system architecture, solution design, system configuration, and security management. • Provide hands-on technical expertise to design and implement Power Platform-based solutions satisfying customer requirements • Conduct end-user training and create and maintain knowledge transfer documentation • Automate business processes with Power Apps and Power Automate
