ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Following is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Other duties may be performed, both major and minor, which are not mentioned below. Provides direction and oversees risk management for business and technology recovery strategies with supported business units and technology teams. 2. Manages, facilitates and provides consultative leadership for planning and testing with business units and technology teams for plan validation and compliance documentation. 3. Manages and facilitates enterprise response (incident/crisis) management activities to ensure effective corporate support recovery strategies are executed, including timely and effective communication. 4. Provides governance and/or analytical leadership to facilitate and ensure appropriate program adherence, status reporting, and escalation of key program risks. 5. Serve as subject matter expert and point of contact to ensure gaps are documented to address any pertinent BC/DR issues. 6. Plan and execute cross-functional projects and/or process improvements to enhance BC/DR processes. 7. Establish and maintain strong working relationships with key business partners. 8. Stay abreast of emerging issues related to Risk Management including third party, business continuity, disaster recovery and other relevant disciplines and incorporate new learning into work processes. QUALIFICATIONS Required Qualifications: The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 2. 7 years of financial services or BC/DR related management experience. 3. Possess and demonstrate BC/DR knowledge, aptitude, and leadership. 4. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, demonstrating the ability to interact with and influence management and business partners effectively. 5. Strong organizational, project management, and decision-making skills. 6. Adept with Microsoft Office products. Preferred Qualifications: 1. Accreditation in BC/DR recovery field; such as Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) and Association of Continuity Planners (ACP) 2. Master of Business Administration, Risk Management, or relevant Master's degree 3. Graduate of Leadership Development Program, Banking School, or equivalent industry training program 4. Experience with new Corporate BTCM risk programs or initiatives Salary Range: $80K -- $100K Minimum Qualification Risk & Quantitative AnalysisEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
