Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Supplier Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the integrity of the supplier data displayed on our ViSN Vehicle Service , Maintenance & Repair platform through regular updates to supplier entries provided by customers, suppliers and customer success teams. Providing exceptional service to our suppliers, ensuring their needs are met promptly and efficiently. This role requires strong communication and analytical skills, the ability to analyse supplier pricing data and maintain accurate records. Duties Assist with the growth of the supplier network, ensuring it is integrated fully within the ViSN platform. Ensure the supplier success of signup and onboarding is effective and efficient in all processes adopted. Support customer journeys through management of supplier performance. Perform and maintain supplier data entry tasks to ensure supplier records are up to date. Ensure supplier groups and garage sites are updated in a timely manner with external information supplied, such as data provided by Vehicle Manaufacturers. Monitor and ensure the vehicle supplier network is adhering to service level agreements adopted within the ViSN platform. Maximise opportunities to upsell services of software to the vehicle supplier service partners Complete independent garage audits in a timely manner to ensure adherence to platform standards. Respond to supplier inquiries via phone, email, and discuss in a professional manner. Provide accurate information regarding products and services. Assist with onboarding of suppliers, be knowledgable and confident in discussing and demonstrating the processes. Handle complaints and resolve issues effectively while maintaining a positive attitude. Maintain a high standard of phone etiquette while communicating with suppliers and customers. Follow the internal escalation process for queries, issues and complaints as provided. Build and maintain strong, open, and beneficial relationships with your customers and suppliers . Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills • Proven experience in an Automotive Administration role . • Administration experience working with vehicle service and repair desirable. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel & Outlook • Confident in using online systems for ordering and booking, full training will be provided. • Proven experience with analysing data and with data entry processes. • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment. • Confident with presenting to the business, suppliers and customers. • Maintain the company position and influence challenging suppliers. Salary Negotiable for the right candidate.
