Job description
Become a part of our esteemed team as a Microsoft 365 Solutions Expert. This role involves providing expertise in Microsoft 365 components such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, for Business, and related technologies, as well as providing ongoing support and maintenance for Microsoft 365 E5 environment, investigating and resolving complex technical issues, troubleshooting, and providing expert-level support to resolve critical incidents as they arise. This position requires experience with systems architecture in the industry, at least five years of experience as a Cloud Architect designing, developing, delivering, and operating cloud solutions with a focus on architecting and implementing Microsoft 365 solutions, and must have a thorough understanding of M365 E5 licensing. • Proficiency in PowerShell scripting and automation. • In-depth knowledge of cloud security, governance, and compliance standards in a Microsoft 365 context.
