No C2C help Must be able to work on our W2 without sponsorship Hybrid Role - 3 days per week in Irving, TX Power BI Developer/Analyst We are searching for a experienced PowerBI developer with an ability to drive strategy as well as develop reports and dashboards. Responsibilities: • 8+ years of experience creating visual dashboards utilizing reporting tools. • Develop and migrate legacy MSTR reports to Power BI, including the design and implementation of interactive dashboards, tabular reports, and paginated (PDF-ready) outputs, leveraging strong hands-on development expertise. • Collaborate with developers to build innovative, custom BI solutions, often requiring integration of Power BI with Power Automate or other Microsoft 365 tools. • Drive data integration using Microsoft Fabric tools such as Data Factory, Pipelines, and Lakehouses; ensure alignment with Azure Synapse, Databricks, and Azure SQL platforms. Qualifications: • 8+ years of experience in Power BI development, including advanced DAX, Power Query, and data modeling. • Strong expertise in migrating enterprise reports from MicroStrategy to Power BI. • Experience working with large and complex datasets, including strategies for report optimization and overcoming Power BI export limitations. • Experience building workflows and automation solutions using Power Automate. • Proficient with Microsoft Fabric components (Data Factory, Pipelines, Lakehouses), Azure Synapse, Azure SQL, and Databricks. • Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field preferred. #TECH #LI-SD1 #hybrid #dallas
