If you're ready to take your career into your own hands, you've come to the right place.We embrace a work from office culture which requires in office presence five (5) days per week.ResponsibilitiesWork with enterprise software developers and architects on programming languages and/or COTS (Commercial off-the-shelf) products or platformsUse your extensive product knowledge to define, develop and present effective D365 and Power Platform solutionsManage the full lifecycle of grants, including application, compliance, reporting, and closeout.Engage directly with clients to understand their business and explain how MNP can helpCollaborate with clients and project team to identify client needs through interviews, workshops and requirements analysis, define a solution to meet those needs and implement a working, timely solutionUnderstand, diagnose and recommend solutions for specific functional and technical challengesDefine, discuss and document solution, application and data architecturesDesign and implement Microsoft .NET solutions leveraging ASP.NET, web services, Windows Forms, mobile and moreImplement Dynamics CRM solutions leveraging out of the box capabilities, configuration and customizationExecute selected approaches to delivery including waterfall and agileDeliver project results through high-quality service and deliverablesCollaborate with firm leaders and other team members to perform peer review and share knowledgeUnderstand, evolve and augment team best practicesTake a proactive approach to professional development and take advantage of the many opportunities to grow your abilityDevelop a thorough understanding of MNP's services, businesses and industryContribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processesRaise awareness of MNP at community eventsAttend internal MNP courses to further develop your technology consulting knowledgeSkills and ExperienceCompletion of a Post-Secondary Degree in a relevant field or three (3) to five (5) years of relevant experienceTwo (2) to four (4) years of experience implementing CRM or case management solutions in the private or public sector, with one (1) to two (2) years experience with Dynamics CRM and/or D365 and Power PlatformIdeally, experience with all Dynamics CRM versions D365Strong understanding of the full implementation lifecycle including requirements, architecture, design, development and testing.Minimum of 2 years of experience in grants management, including budgeting, compliance, and reporting.Strong understanding of federal and private grant experience with other related technologies such as BizTalk and SharePoint would be beneficialPrevious experience working with Government departments and understanding of the sector is strongly preferred, but not mandatoryExperience with other CRM and ERP packages and experience with custom development would be beneficialAbility to attain a Government of Canada Enhanced Reliability or Secret Security ClearanceWillingness to travel to client project sites as neededMY REWARDS @ MNPMore than a paycheque, MNP is proud to offer customized rewards for our team members.
