Job Title: Systems Admin (Office 365 and Azure ecosystem) Location: Remote We are currently seeking candidates who meet the following qualification Minimum Qualifications Experience Requirements: • A minimum of five years' experience, with at least three years of specialized experience in: • Working with Microsoft Intune. • Hands-on experience with Microsoft O365 and Azure ecosystems. • Managing Windows Autopilot and device provisioning. • Application deployment and policy management across diverse mobile environments. • Administering and troubleshooting: • Microsoft Azure, Entra ID, Intune, and Autopilot. • On-premises/cloud Active Directory (AD) and Active Directory Federated Services (ADFS). • DNS servers and DHCP servers. • Microsoft Endpoint for laptops and mobile devices. • Office 365 cloud applications. • Microsoft Exchange. • Managing and securing Windows and iOS devices using Intune. • Extensive knowledge of Azure Active Directory (AAD), including Conditional Access and Azure AD Join. • Proficiency in scripting languages such as PowerShell for automation and configuration tasks. • Intermediate understanding of Linux commands and troubleshooting. • Writing change control and server documentation. Education And Certification Requirements • Microsoft Certified Modern Desktop Administrator Associate certification or other relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., Azure, Intune) is required. • Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE) and/or Microsoft Certified Solutions Associate (MCSA) certification is preferred. • Associate's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a related discipline is required. • Alternative qualifications: • With a bachelor's degree in a related field: four years of experience, including at least two years of specialized experience. • With eight years' experience, including at least six years of specialized experience, a degree is not required. Responsibilities • Provide on-call support for after-business-hours server outages. • Maintain, configure, and troubleshoot: • Servers, including DNS, DHCP, AD, ADFS, and Nutanix virtual servers. • Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VMWare VDI). • Microsoft Intune, Autopilot, and Endpoint for laptops and mobile devices. • Microsoft Exchange. • Microsoft Office 365 cloud applications. • Microsoft Azure. • Build new servers as necessary, including Domain, DNS, DHCP, AD, and Nutanix virtual servers. • Restore servers from backup as necessary. • Perform server performance troubleshooting. • Conduct server security auditing and recommend security improvements. • Create and maintain change management and system administration documentation. • Provide weekly status reports detailing activities. • Deliver high-quality customer service with effective and professional communication with all levels of MSPB staff.
