Job description
This position offers an exciting opportunity for a talented Windows System Support Engineer to make a significant impact at Therapy Brands. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical and problem-solving skills in a cloud-first enterprise environment. Responsibilities will include diagnosing and resolving Windows system and network issues efficiently, as well as optimizing Azure Virtual Desktop environments for performance and security. Key qualifications include hands-on expertise with Azure Virtual Desktop, Azure Entra ID, and Azure Conditional Access Policies. Strong experience in Windows Server and Client OS troubleshooting and System Administration is also required. Prior knowledge of PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration is advantageous.
