Duration: 1 year • Client is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager with 7+ years of experience , specialized in managing complex data projects; Azure Databricks implementation experience is a must. Must have proven experience in managing large-scale Azure Databricks and Data Lake projects. • Self-starter with extensive Project management experience with large-scale initiatives. • Leads program coordination including detailed project plans, resource allocations, risks/issues remediation, status reporting, and vendor management; serves as the primary "go-to" person for project details. • Maintains a deep, technical end-to-end understanding of the Azure Databricks and Data Lake solutions being built, including its upstream/downstream dependencies and impacts, as well as the resulting customer journey. - Ideally someone with previous Data Engineering experience. • Experience using services-based infrastructure/architecture and skilled at leading design and technical trade-off conversations to closure. • Fosters collaboration between multiple stakeholders in Analytics, clinical and business and technical teams, emphasizing clear reporting and communication. • Diligently mitigates project risks, safeguarding crucial milestones and client objectives. • Champions best practices in Azure Databricks and Data Lake, driving a culture of continuous improvement and learning. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with a proven ability to manage and motivate project teams and stakeholders. • Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, PMP certification is preferred.
