Ensure uptime, security, and performance optimization across on-premises and cloud-based systems • User & Access Management: Oversee user account provisioning, permissions, and group policies across Microsoft 365 (Office 365), Azure Active Directory, and on-premises Active Directory. Enforce security best practices and access controls • Incident Response & Troubleshooting: Provide tier 2 and 3 support for system-related incidents, diagnosing and resolving issues related to VMware, VEEAM, Office 365, Windows, and Linux servers. Work within ManageEngine ServiceDesk to track and resolve issues efficiently • Infrastructure Monitoring & Performance: Utilize monitoring tools to track system performance, detect anomalies, and proactively resolve potential issues before they impact business operations • Patch Management & Security Compliance: Implement and maintain system updates, security patches, and vulnerability remediation to ensure compliance with IT security policies and best practices. Manage Windows and Linux patching in alignment with security standards • Backup & Disaster Recovery: Manage and monitor VEEAM backup systems, ensuring business continuity through regular testing and validation of disaster recovery procedures • Cloud & Hybrid Environment Support: Administer and maintain Azure resources, including virtual machines, networking, and identity services, ensuring seamless integration with on-premises infrastructure • Scripting & Automation: Utilize PowerShell, Bash, and Python scripting to automate administrative tasks, improve efficiency, and enhance system management • Project Implementation & Support: Assist in IT projects such as infrastructure upgrades, cloud migrations, automation initiatives, and enterprise system deployments. Ensure project goals align with business objectives • Documentation & Standardization: Maintain up-to-date documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures.
