Job Description Systems Administrator Up to $80K 25516 Pinnacle Partners is assisting our client in their search for a Systems Administrator to join their team in the Indianapolis, IN area. This successful resource will be responsible for planning and managing the integration of system changes into existing applications and infrastructure. RESPONSIBILITIES: Serve as T-3 escalation point for helpdesk tickets Document the progress of tickets from submission through resolution Perform routine system maintenance, including software upgrades, security audits, backups, and patch management Monitor and support essential technology communications platforms in Microsoft 365 Create and maintain documentation of systems, support procedures, and user guides Monitor and evaluate system performance Support physical installations of systems and technologies as needed Participate in on-call rotation REQUIREMENTS: • Bachelor's degree • 2-3+ years of professional experience • Strong technical problem solving and analysis skills • Ability to manage complex technical projects and deliverables • Proficiency with MS O/S, Active Directory, Fortinet • Experience with data center operations and Azure Cloud-hosted application platforms • Working knowledge of Mobile Device Management technologies PREFERRED SKILLS: IT Related Bachelor's degree Experience managing large scale IT transformations Familiarity with DevOps and software development practices Experience managing projects in a global contextTERMS: This is a direct hire opportunity with a salary up to $80K based on experience.
