Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Microsoft 365 Product Owner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing our Microsoft 365 suite, with a particular focus on Entra, Exchange, and Power Platform. This role requires a deep understanding of Microsoft 365 products, excellent project management skills, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions. Innovation of new features and enhancements that align with business goals and improve user experience Positive feedback from stakeholders, including IT, marketing, and customer service departments. Create and maintain a product roadmap that outlines the strategic direction and key milestones for Microsoft 365 products. Establish KPI's for performance and usage metrics What Does A Day In the Life of this Job Look Like? Daily Operations Assessing the environment for improvements in user experience, functionality, and security Researching developments in Microsoft products such as Exchange/Outlook, Entra, and Power Platform Review metrics to identify areas where immediate attention or improvement is needed Review incident and user experience issues and come up with solutions to remediate issues long term Assist with license planning and financial budgeting processes Work with Operations team to create new processes and help with the execution People Leadership: Be a product champion and frequently share changes/improvements coming to the M365 environment BACKGROUND AND EDUCATION REQUIRED: EDUCATION: Some college preferred or equivalent work experience Education in business and/or information systems EXPERIENCE (and other qualifications): M365 Administration such as Exchange Online and managing mail flow Email security and compliance such as DLP, email encryption, and threat protection Entra management of user identities Scripting languages such as Powershell and Azure CLI Other Skills/Characteristics Excellent communication skills Ability to effectively use PowerPoint, Excel, Word to put together professional documentation Positive, flexible, and self-motivated attitude Detail oriented with excellent follow-up skills Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage time and multiple priorities Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, ability to take a problem and solve it in a quick and efficient manner Salary Range: $118,000 to $127,000 annually + bonus eligibility.
