Role Description: D365 and PROs Configuration: Configure D365 by creating fields, formula fields, and setting up workflow rules. Dynamics CRM customizations with experience in Implementation/Support onMicrosoft Dynamics 365D365 (Sales, Marketing, CE) - Power Platform,PowerApps - Flows/Workflows -Business Process Flows - Business Rules - Web Resources - Excel Import/Export - Security - UI's, Sub-Grids,Data Modeling.Administration: Perform general D365 administration tasks, including user management, security settings, and data management. Use your expertise to troubleshoot and resolve complex problems, ensuring seamless operation of the D365 and Power platform.Ensure best practices and coding standards are followed to maintain high-quality code. Good to have - Knowledge or exposure to SFDC Sales is a plus Competencies: Digital : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Functional, Digital : Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Technical
