Job Overview: As a Business Intelligence Developer at Anrgi Tech, you will play a critical role in designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive Power BI reports and dashboards that provide actionable insights through high-quality visualizations. Responsibilities: • Design and develop Power BI reports and dashboards. • Utilize Power Apps and Power Automate to create custom applications and automate workflows. • Build and maintain robust data models while ensuring data accuracy by connecting Power BI to diverse data sources. • Apply knowledge of healthcare industry standards to ensure compliance and relevance in reporting solutions. • Handle Power BI administrative tasks, including user management, access control, workspace configuration, and data security. Requirements: 9+ years of overall industry experience with at least 5+ years in Power BI development and 2+ years working with the Power Platform (Power Apps and Power Automate) in a healthcare context. Technical Expertise: • Proficiency in Power BI Desktop, Power BI Service, and Power BI Report Server. • Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate. • Advanced SQL skills with experience integrating various data sources. • Expertise in data modeling, DAX, Power Query, and ETL processes. • Experience transitioning from on-premises data solutions to Azure Cloud, including Azure SQL Database, Azure Data Lake, Azure Synapse, and Azure Data Factory. • Ability to manage Power BI Service environments, configure workspaces, and assign user permissions. • Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication skills to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
