Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. • Proven experience in software development with a focus on voice and call routing. • Expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Cisco UCCE. • Strong programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or Python. • Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL Server, Oracle). • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Qualifications: • Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure or AWS. • Knowledge of VoIP technologies and protocols. • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
