Job Title: Strategic Sourcing/Logistics Analyst II_USD Location: Rancho Cordova, CA, 95670 Duration: 24 month contract with a possibility of extension Shift Details: Shift 1 Pay Range: $30/hr - $39/hr Job Description: The Supply Demand Analyst (SDA) is responsible for planning and managing supply and demand activities at ODM (Original Design Manufacturer) plants and ensuring customer order fulfillment. The role involves cross-functional collaboration and data-driven decision-making to support efficient supply chain operations. Key Responsibilities: • Own planning and execution for ODM plants and customer order fulfillment. • Develop, integrate, optimize, and coordinate: • Engineering and production planning schedules • Forecasts and build plans • Capacity requirements • Business and inventory strategies • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders across the supply chain. • Manage master data in coordination with internal teams and external partners. • Support reverse logistics processes, including RMA (Return Material Authorization) activities with logistics and other departments. • Influence and recommend issue resolution strategies using data-driven analysis. • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders and management levels. • Drive continuous process improvements and participate in project initiatives. Qualifications: • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business Administration, or Information Technology. • Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. • Experience with SAP and Power BI is a plus. • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. • Strong communication and presentation abilities. • Self-motivated and capable of working independently with cross-functional teams. • A collaborative team player and quick learner. • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. #IND2 Job Type: Contract Pay: $30.00 - $39.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Referral program • Vision insurance Schedule: • 8 hour shift Application Question(s): • Are you a US Citizen or GCH?
