About the Role We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative/Office Manager to support the day-to-day operations of our office and executive team. This hybrid role combines administrative support with office management responsibilities, requiring excellent multitasking skills, attention to detail, and a professional, can- do attitude. Duties & Key Responsibilities • Provide calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination for executives and team members. • Prepare reports, presentations, correspondence, and other documents as needed. • Manage company-wide travel arrangements via corporate partners/agreements, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation. • Handle confidential information with discretion. • Assist with expense reports, time sheets, and other administrative processes. • Serve as the first point of contact for internal and external communications. • Provide administrative support to the Sales and Marketing teams, including scheduling meetings, coordinating events, and assisting with the preparation of presentations and promotional materials. • Coordinate and support on-site interviews and office tours, ensuring a welcoming and organized experience for candidates and visitors. What You Bring Experience: Proven experience as an administrative assistant, office manager, or similar role. Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills. • Excellent written and verbal communication. • Familiarity with technology and ability to solve basic IT problems • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint); familiarity with project management and scheduling tools a plus. • Ability to work independently and adapt to shifting priorities. • High level of professionalism and discretion. Work Environment May work in various settings at the Maverick Power facilities, in offices, in multiple shops, and in commercial buildings. Maintaining the same position or posture while performing tasks and sitting for prolonged periods.
