Overview BRMi is seeking a Voice Speech Engineer to support a large financial services client. Understanding how AudioCodes and Microsoft TTS/STT communicate with each other and the tools associated with researching unrecognized speech or false positives to then make proper adjustments to the tuning engine. In-depth knowledge and work experience of how to complete speech tuning in a voice recognition application. Understanding of what to look for in data analysis and recordings to determine the best approach for improved recognition. Considering audio engineer or specialist to be able to make recommendations to the vendor on what needs to be tuned.
