Our client is seeking a Data Analyst to join their team. As a Data Analyst, you will be part of the Analytics Department supporting various business units. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proactive mindset which will align successfully in the organization. Job Title: Data Analyst Location: Greensboro, NC What's the Job? • Accessing and cleaning data from various Dynamics 365 modules (Sales, Marketing, Customer Service). • Performing statistical analysis to identify trends and patterns within the data. • Developing comprehensive reports and dashboards using Power BI or other visualization tools. • Interpreting data analysis results to identify actionable insights and business opportunities. • Collaborating with business users to understand their data needs and requirements. What's Needed? • Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI for creating and managing data visualizations. • Strong SQL querying skills to extract and manipulate data from Dynamics 365. • Familiarity with statistical analysis techniques and tools like Excel, R, or Python. • Understanding of the structure and functionalities of different Dynamics 365 modules. • A proven track record of working independently to drive data quality and normalization.
