Title: Sr. Dynamics 365 Developer – Technology Innovation Type: Contract-to-Hire Location: Bloomington, MN (Hybrid preferred – 2 days onsite; remote considered) Visa Sponsorship: Not available Reports to: Application Development Manager Work Authorization: Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship Admin vs. Development Split: 40% Admin / 60% Development Target Pay Rate / Salary: Starting $55/hour, W2 - Flexible Overview We are seeking a Senior Dynamics 365 Developer to support our enterprise ERP initiatives and deliver impactful business solutions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 and the Power Platform. This role will be instrumental in maintaining, enhancing, and expanding our D365 Finance & Operations environment. The ideal candidate will combine strong development skills with architectural insight, team mentorship, and a focus on innovation and quality delivery. Key Responsibilities • Design, develop, enhance, and maintain D365 Finance & Operations and Power Platform applications. • Lead solution design and architecture to align with business goals and technology strategy. • Support D365 environments (Dev, UAT, Production) and oversee version updates and platform enhancements. • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external vendors on ERP initiatives. • Build and support integrations between D365 and legacy applications. • Utilize Azure DevOps for version control, branching, and CI/CD workflows. • Provide training and documentation to administrators and development peers. • Research and apply modern tools and practices to improve system performance and team productivity. Required Skills & Experience • 7+ years in IT, including experience as a Senior or Lead Developer. • 5+ years of hands-on experience in D365 F&O development. • Strong experience with Microsoft Power Platform: Power Apps and Power Automate. • Proficient in Azure DevOps, versioning, and branching strategies. • Knowledge of Azure infrastructure and cloud-based solutions. • Skilled in relational databases and data modeling. • Strong communication, documentation, and customer service skills. • Self-starter with the ability to deliver independently and collaboratively. • Experience mentoring peers or junior developers. • Prior work in a hybrid environment. • Systems thinking mindset and high attention to detail.
