We’re looking for an experienced and innovative Analytics Manager to serve as a strategic partner to leaders across the company. This role will be instrumental in creating a data-first culture—helping us tackle our biggest challenges and unlock our biggest opportunities through analytics, AI, and automation. What You’ll Do: • Champion Data-Driven Thinking - Promote analytics as a core part of how we operate—turning data into a competitive advantage. • Partner with Business Leaders - Work closely with stakeholders to understand challenges, translate needs into solutions, and deliver impactful insights. • Develop Tools & Dashboards - Build user-friendly dashboards and automated reporting systems that bring clarity to complex data. • Leverage AI for Advanced Analytics - Implement AI/ML models (including LLMs) to drive predictive insights and automate analysis. • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams - Work hand-in-hand with Data Engineering, Finance, Operations, and others to build robust, scalable data solutions. • Act as an Internal Consultant - Serve as a trusted analytics advisor—helping teams solve problems, measure performance, and make data-backed decisions. • Stay Ahead of the Curve - Track and test emerging tools, technologies, and trends in analytics and AI to keep us at the forefront of innovation. What You Bring: • Bachelor’s in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred) • 4+ years in analytics, data science, or a related role • Proven ability to develop insights that drive business results • Hands-on experience with AI/ML models in a business context • Advanced skills in SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker) • Strong communication skills—able to translate data into clear, actionable insights • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment • Experience collaborating with Data Engineering and understanding data governance best practices Bonus Points For: • Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP • Knowledge of AI/ML tools like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar • Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts • Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority across teams Why Join Us?
