Techno-Functional Microsoft Dynamics 365 ITAR Compliant Field Service is a must ** Power Platform is a must *** Techno-Functional Contractor with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Field Service CRM to support our implementation, customization, and ongoing optimization efforts. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between business users and work on technical tasks, ensuring seamless process alignment and system efficiency across Field Service operations. • Key Responsibilities:Collaborate with stakeholders (Business and IT) to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for D365 Field Service. • Configure and customize Dynamics 365 Field Service modules, including work orders, resource scheduling, inventory, and customer assets etc. • Develop functional and technical specifications for enhancements, integrations, and custom workflows. • Assist with data migration, system integration, and testing activities. • Create and maintain documentation for solution design, configuration. • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across both functional and technical domains. • Work with other developers in the team on custom development and system enhancements. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including IT, operations, and service management. Requirements • Required Skills & Qualifications:Proven experience (5+ years) with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM, specifically Field Service. • Strong understanding of Field Service processes (dispatch, resource scheduling, service agreements, etc.). • Experience with Power Platform, including Power Automate and Power Apps. • Technical proficiency in JavaScript, C#, Plugins, and Custom Workflows. • Ability to create and manage Power BI reports for Field Service analytics is a plus. • Familiarity with Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, and API integrations. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. • Preferred Certifications:Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Field Service Functional Consultant Associate Equal Opportunity Employer/Veterans/Disabled Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, term life insurance, short-term disability insurance, additional voluntary benefits, commuter benefits and 401K plan.
