The Responsibilities: • Recruit, train, and develop top talent to build a high-performing internal team • Oversee daily operations of the branch • Establish challenging goals, activities, and objectives and hold your team accountable for hitting these metrics • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients at multiple levels by acting as the primary point of contact and addressing any concerns or service issues • Manage branch P&L • Ensure branch compliance with both Federal and State regulations, as well as our internal and customer-specific policies and practices The Qualifications: • 3+ years of previous management or leadership experience • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving branch performance with a proven track record of growing and developing a team • Experience in the staffing industry, recruitment and/HR is a plus, but not required • Must have previous customer service experience, account management experience is preferred • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Must be a polished and professional communicator in both written and verbal communication • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make data-driven decisions • Proficient with computers and with Microsoft programs Management Registry, Inc. hiring decisions are made without regard to race, color, religion, national or ethnic origin, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, age, disability, protected veteran status or other characteristics protected by law.
