Position Summary The CMMS Administrator will be responsible for providing administrative support for the execution and maintenance of equipment calibration and maintenance activities using the Blue Mountain (BM) Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS). This role supports asset lifecycle documentation, system data entry, user administration, and compliance-related reporting. Principal Duties And Responsibilities Include The Following • Administration support of site Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) via Blue Mountain (BM) asset manager system. • System generation and administrative support of BM work requests and work orders. • System generation and administrative support of BM work change requests. • Create and maintain equipment asset records, work plans, and maintenance/calibration schedules in Blue Mountain. • With SME support, develop and manage calibration measurement data templates (MDTs). • New equipment registration and status change administrative support. • BM system user administration and management of rights, privileges and security. • System non-conformance record generation and administrative support of. • Planned maintenance and calibration scheduling report generation and end user communication. • Corrective maintenance and calibration request administration, prioritization, scheduling and end user communication and coordination. • Assistance on executed work metric data collection and reporting. • Provide administrative support for the continuous monitoring program, including review, routing, and archiving of monitoring forms. • Archive equipment records, certifications, and completed work documentation per SOPs and regulatory guidelines. • Support audit readiness activities and data retrieval during internal/external audits and inspections. • Assist with document revision and version control for SOPs and templates related to CMMS workflows. • Participate in periodic BM system testing, validation, and upgrades by providing admin-level input or test execution support. Qualification Requirements • Entry level requiring minimum H.S. diploma or equivalency • College level courses taken preference • Familiarity with Microsoft Excel, Word, and database systems. • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with Maintenance, Calibration, Metrology, Quality, and IT teams amongst others. Working Conditions • Office-based work with occasional entry into cleanroom and chemical laboratory environments. • Ability to sit and work at a computer for extended periods. • Must follow all site safety and gowning protocols where applicable.
