Key Responsibilities • Administer, monitor, and maintain Windows and Linux servers across multiple environments. • Manage Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and file/print services. • Support enterprise virtualization platforms (VMware) and storage systems. • Maintain secure, compliant infrastructure in collaboration with InfoSec. • Lead system upgrades, patch management, backup, and disaster recovery. • Automate tasks and deployments using scripting tools (e.g., PowerShell, Bash). • Serve as Tier 3 support for escalated IT issues and mentor junior staff. • Collaborate on infrastructure planning, system documentation, and capacity management. Required Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field—or equivalent experience. • Minimum 5 years in a senior systems administration role in a corporate or enterprise environment. • Strong experience with Windows Server administration; Linux a plus. • Proficient in virtualization (VMware) and enterprise storage platforms. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365, Azure AD, and hybrid cloud environments. • Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, firewalls, VPNs, VLANs). • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills. Preferred Qualifications • Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, Azure, Nutanix). • Experience with infrastructure automation (e.g., Ansible, Terraform). • Exposure to real estate, healthcare, or REIT environments is a plus. • Experience with IT compliance standards (e.g., SOX) preferred.
