This is an onsite position with direct visibility and collaboration with HR partners across the bank. The Analyst will handle system administration, security protocols, and provide daily technical support to ensure smooth operations. Key Responsibilities: • System Support: • Provide daily technical support for iCIMS, responding to inquiries and troubleshooting issues. • Assist with recommended system modifications and enhancements. • Uphold HR security policy and procedures to manage and maintain system access. • Reporting: • Produce reports using data analysis, user input, and system testing. • Identify potential issues and recommend areas for improvement.
