What You’ll Do • Sell and manage AV service and maintenance contracts. • Partner with internal teams to create custom service solutions. • Maintain client relationships and provide ongoing support. • Conduct calls, visits, and presentations to secure new and renewal contracts. • Generate tailored proposals and manage contract documentation. • Respond to inquiries and guide clients through the full contract lifecycle. • Analyze trends and identify opportunities for growth. • Represent Ford AV at trade shows and industry events. What We’re Looking For • B2B sales experience in a service or technical industry preferred. • Excellent communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills. • Self-starter with a consultative sales mindset. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general computer use. • Experience with AV systems, construction, or blueprint reading is a plus. • Background in outbound sales, marketing, or customer service is helpful. • Bachelor’s degree in a related field is a plus.
