Overview Senior Talent Acquisition Partner @ Trinity Consultants | Expertise in nationwide recruiting and onboarding Summary: Join our team as a Microsoft 365 Engineer and spearhead the evolution of our digital workplace. With 5+ years of hands-on experience in SharePoint, Power Platform, and cloud migrations, you will be instrumental in enhancing collaboration, automating critical workflows, and enabling smarter, data-first strategies. Responsibilities • SharePoint Administration • Manage and support SharePoint Online, SharePoint Server, and OneDrive for Business. • Build modern sites (communication, team, hub) with governance and custom solutions. • Resolve infrastructure, access, and migration issues. • Power Platform Development • Design PowerApps (Canvas & Model-Driven) to streamline business processes. • Create automated workflows with Power Automate and integrate with M365 and external systems. • Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI to empower data insights. • Microsoft 365 Migrations • Lead migrations from SharePoint on-prem, file shares, or legacy platforms to SharePoint Online. • Plan and execute migrations using tools like ShareGate, Metalogix, or Microsoft-native tools. • Ensure smooth transfer of content, workflows, and permissions. • Connect SharePoint, Teams, Dynamics 365, and other enterprise apps using Azure Logic Apps and Microsoft Graph API. • Build custom connectors and APIs for seamless system integrations. • Support & Optimization • Offer day-to-day support for SharePoint and Power Platform users. • Track usage and adoption via Power BI and Microsoft 365 Admin Center. • Create documentation and lead user training sessions. Qualifications • Expertise in SharePoint Online, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Teams • Expertise with SharePoint migrations using tools like Sharegate • Strong PowerShell skills for M365 automation • Familiarity with Azure AD, Logic Apps, Microsoft Graph API, and REST APIs Certifications • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Fundamentals / App Maker • Microsoft Certified: SharePoint Server / Online Other details • Seniority level: Mid-Senior level • Employment type: Full-time • Job function: Information Technology and Engineering Location notes and compensation vary by posting: Irving, TX — $105,000.00-$110,000.00; Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex — $50.00-$60.00 (hourly); Richardson, TX — $100,000.00-$115,000.00. #J-18808-Ljbffr
