We are seeking a detail-oriented Power Automate & RPA Developer to lead the design, development, and optimization of automated workflows and robotic process automation (RPA) solutions using Microsoft Power Platform. This role focuses heavily on Power Automate cloud and desktop flows, legacy flow migration, and end-to-end automation of business processes. Key Responsibilities • Design, build, and maintain scalable cloud flows and desktop flows using Power Automate. • Develop RPA solutions using Power Automate Desktop to automate repetitive, rule-based tasks across systems. • Migrate legacy workflows (e.g., SharePoint Designer, Nintex, or classic Power Automate flows) to modern Power Automate solutions. • Analyze existing business processes to identify automation opportunities and recommend improvements. • Implement error handling, logging, and monitoring for robust and reliable automation. • Collaborate with business users and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions. • Maintain documentation for flows, RPA bots, and migration activities. • Ensure compliance with governance, security, and data privacy standards in automation projects. • Provide support, troubleshooting, and enhancements for existing flows and RPA solutions. Qualifications • Hands-on experience with Power Automate (cloud and desktop flows). • Strong understanding of RPA concepts and experience with Power Automate Desktop. • Experience with flow migration from legacy platforms to Power Automate. • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 services, SharePoint, Dataverse, and REST APIs. • Ability to analyze and optimize business processes for automation. • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. • Microsoft certifications such as PL-500 (Power Automate RPA Developer) or PL-400 are a plus. Preferred Experience • 2+ years of experience in Power Automate and RPA development. • Experience with automation governance, security, and lifecycle management. • Background in business process improvement or IT automation consulting.
