Join our dynamic Data Management and Support (DMS) Team as a Data Quality Analyst! In this role, you will play an essential part in analyzing and transforming diverse data to ensure optimal quality and functionality across various applications. Your mission will be to enhance our processes continuously and elevate the quality of data management. Key Responsibilities: • Refine and expand our data quality program. • Ensure compliance with data quality standards and practices. • Document all corrective action plans related to data quality. • Advocate for the importance of enterprise data quality programs. • Utilize your data management expertise to maintain reference data and metadata processes. • Develop data quality rules and threshold settings to support critical business functions. • Execute and monitor the Data Quality Lifecycle consistently. • Profile data for statistical analysis and identify improvement areas. • Implement best practices and tools tailored to business needs. • Establish controls to mitigate data quality risks, including ongoing monitoring of results, reports, and dashboards. • Communicate effectively with data users and stakeholders through impeccable oral and written skills. • Adhere to all agency policies and procedures, including safety and conduct standards. • Provide exceptional customer service and collaborate harmoniously with all colleagues and external partners. • Demonstrate flexibility in adapting to change and managing multiple tasks simultaneously. • Take the initiative to proactively address potential problems. Qualifications: • Minimum of 3 years of experience in creating functional and technical documentation for varied audiences. • At least 3 years of experience with enterprise-grade databases such as SQL Server and Oracle. • Proficient in developing and writing complex SQL scripts/queries for 3 years, preferably using Oracle and SQL Server. • 2 years of experience developing data quality rules and metrics in the past 5 years. • Experience with enterprise-grade data quality tools (e.g., Alteryx Data Quality, SAS Data Quality) for at least 2 years. • 2 years of hands-on experience in implementing data quality best practices and tools based on business needs. • Capable of leading discussions with cross-functional teams. Preferred Qualifications: • 3 years of experience utilizing advanced Excel functions (e.g., VLookUp, Macros, Pivot Tables). • 2 years of experience with the Microsoft SQL Server BI Stack (RDBMS, SSIS, SSRS). • Familiarity with Alteryx and Tableau for at least 2 years. • Any experience with Benefits Administration, Pension Administration, or Payroll data in PeopleSoft HRMS is a plus.
