Job Summary Under the direction of the manager, the Executive Team Lead is at the heart of daily operations, ensuring smooth processes and outstanding guest experiences. This role is ideal for a proactive, organized leader who thrives in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities • Oversee club rental reservations, cancellations, refunds, and guest lists • Manage inventory, orders, deliveries, and maintain POS system accuracy • Book tee times and facilitate club rental reservations • Organize and perform administrative duties • Support hiring, onboarding, and training of new team members • Assist with guest service issues as needed • Handle incoming calls and correspondence with professionalism • Support the team with a variety of administrative tasks • Foster a welcoming and professional environment for clients and visitors • Utilize Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Calendar) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) Qualifications • 2+ years of experience in an administrative or supervisory role (hospitality preferred) • Bachelor’s degree preferred • Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills • Proven experience in office administration or management • Proficiency with Google Suite and Microsoft Office applications • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work effectively in a team • Positive attitude and strong work ethic • Excellent phone etiquette and strong verbal/written communication skills • High attention to detail and the ability to identify and anticipate needs • Effective time management skills to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment • Golf knowledge is a plus, but not required Why Join Us? • Competitive pay: $20–$25/hour (experience-based, training provided) • Health insurance • Paid time off • Parking • One round-trip ticket anywhere United flies (after 1 year of employment) • Tips Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Expected hours: 40 per week Benefits: • Employee discount • Flexible schedule • Health insurance • Paid time off Shift: • 8 hour shift • Day shift • Evening shift Work Location: In person
