Job R e sponsibilitiesPower BI Responsibilities:Recrea • te active SAP reports in Power BI, prioritizing those with high usage or operational impact.Design • standardized Power BI dashboards aligned with organizational visual and functional standards.Config • ure recurring Power BI subscriptions to replicate scheduled report delivery functionality.Develo • p reusable Power BI templates and shared datasets for efficient report generation.Mentor • staff in Power BI dashboard development, workspace management, and report publishing.Migrat • e reporting data pipelines into Power BI or Microsoft Fabric for performance and governance optimization.Build • and maintain a centralized Power BI report catalog with ownership, data lineage, and access controls.Collab • orate with stakeholders to define KPIs and refine dashboard visualization effectiveness.Provid • e user documentation, training materials, and recorded walkthroughs.Ensure • Power BI reports, data models, and pipelines are designed for future integration with systems such as Clariti, Microsoft Fabric, and GIS.Coordi • nate with integration and data engineering teams to ensure alignment with scalable architecture, naming conventions, and cross-platform data flows. • SAP R e sponsibilities:Conduc • t a comprehensive inventory of SAP reports, documenting usage, owners, frequency, data sources, and delivery channels.Analyz • e the report inventory to identify duplicates, obsolete content, or unused reports, and provide recommendations for deletion or consolidation.Provid • e full support for SAP Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence reports.Troubl • eshoot SAP report and system issues for internal and external users.Mainta • in the existing SAP reporting infrastructure and ensure continued accessibility.Docume • nt SAP integration points and support decommissioning of legacy dependencies.Ensure • compliance with IT security and data integrity standards.Coordi • nate with technical staff and project managers to manage workload and report lifecycle.Suppor • t and document administrative functions related to SAP reporting, scheduling, and user access.Assist • in creating system documentation, training materials, and best practice guides. • Quali f ications & Skills5+ yea • rs of experience in Information Technology.5+ years of experience in the design, testing, implementation, documentation, and support of SAP and Power BI environments.3+ years of experience integrating SAP and Power BI with identity management systems.3+ years of experience in the design, development, testing, and implementation of SAP Client reporting tools and Power BI.3+ years of experience in Microsoft Server installation and configuration.Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of management, customers, project teams, and staff.High proficiency in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships across teams and departments.Experience working in a culturally diverse work environment.Ability to work independently and collaboratively within teams.Proficiency in writing technical documentation.Ability to gather, interpret, and evaluate complex information and data.
