Title: Microsoft Dynamics Support Consultant – AMS and FS Location: Remote Role Duration: Long-term Job Type: Contract Experience: 14+ JOB DESCRIPTION: • Strong AMS and Field Service module experience • We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 Field Service Support Consultant to provide end-to-end support for our Field Service operations. • The ideal candidate will have expertise in Dynamics 365 Field Service module, troubleshooting issues, and managing configurations. • They should possess strong AMS experience, ensuring system stability and enhancements. • Key responsibilities include • Provide end-to-end support for Dynamics 365 Field Service module, ensuring smooth operations. • Manage work orders, resource scheduling, asset tracking, and inventory management within the Field Service module and integrations with third-party systems. • Troubleshoot and resolve technical and functional issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams. • Candidates should have a techno-functional mindset, with knowledge of Power Platform, Azure, APIs, and Dataverse. • Collaborate with developers for scripting, development of utilities and low-code enhancements. • Ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs related to incident response and resolution times, system uptime, and customer satisfaction metrics. • Experience in ITIL service management processes and user training is preferred. • Strong problem-solving, stakeholder communication, and conduct end-user training, create documentation, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
