Summary: We are seeking a highly organized and results-driven Project Manager with deep experience in ERP implementations, specifically Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (D365 BC)—along with a strong background in SaaS platform integrations and e-commerce systems. In this role, you’ll oversee cross-functional projects that are critical to scaling our business operations and technology infrastructure. You'll collaborate with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget. Position Responsibilities and Accountabilities: • Lead end-to-end project management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementations, upgrades, and enhancements. • Manage SaaS integration projects involving platforms such as CRM, inventory management, payment gateways, and shipping/logistics tools. • Oversee integration between Business Central and e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopify, Magento, or custom platforms). • Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders. • Create detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations. • Identify and manage project risks, issues, and dependencies. • Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and stakeholder reviews using Agile or hybrid methodologies. • Serve as the liaison between business users and technical teams, ensuring business requirements are clearly understood and met. • Ensure successful user adoption through training, documentation, and post-implementation support. • Other Duties - Please note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job. Qualifications and Competencies: • Proven experience implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. • Strong understanding of e-commerce workflows, business processes, and integrations with ERP systems. • PMP, Agile, or Scrum certifications preferred. • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. • Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment. Education and Experience: • 5+ years of project management experience, with at least 3 years focused on ERP projects. • Experience with SaaS platform integrations and API-based middleware tools a plus (e.g., Zapier, Celigo, MuleSoft, Boomi). • Experience working with Microsoft Power Platform (Power BI, Power Automate). • Previous experience in industries such as distribution, manufacturing, or consumer goods a plus. • Familiarity with data migration, testing, and change management best practices.
