We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Engineer with a focus on Microsoft Azure to join our dynamic IT team. This role requires a deep understanding of Azure infrastructure at the level of AZ-104 certification, alongside comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office environments, networking, and security. The ideal candidate will manage our cloud infrastructure, ensuring security, compliance, and operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: • Azure Management: • Manage Azure Active Directory (Azure AD), including user management, access control, and conditional access policies. • Deploy, configure, and manage Azure Virtual Desktops (AVD). • Administer Microsoft Intune for device management and security compliance. • Network Administration: • Implement and manage Azure networking solutions, including virtual networks (VNets), VPN Gateways, and network security groups. • Ensure network connectivity, performance, and security across cloud and hybrid environments. • Microsoft Ecosystem Management: • Oversee Office 365 suite including SharePoint, Exchange Online, ensuring seamless integration and functionality. • Manage and troubleshoot user and endpoint (including mobile devices) issues, providing support and resolution. • Create, delete, maintain, and handle user provisioning in both India and USA, ensuring compliance with local data protection regulations and company policies. • Security and Compliance: • Collaborate closely with the IT Security Officer to maintain security standards. • Remediate vulnerabilities detected by Microsoft Defender. • Assist in gathering and preparing artifacts for SOC2 and ISO certifications compliance. • Helpdesk and Support: • Manage helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely and effective resolution of IT issues. • Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for IT operations, documenting processes for repeatability and training. • Team Collaboration and Documentation: • Work with cross-functional teams to ensure IT infrastructure supports business needs. • Create and update documentation related to IT systems, processes, and configurations. Certifications: • AZ-104: Microsoft Azure Administrator • Microsoft Office Specialist (MOS) certification • CompTIA Network+ • CompTIA Security+ Experience: • Proven experience with Microsoft Azure cloud services. • Strong background in Microsoft products like Active Directory, Office 365, SharePoint, and Exchange Online. • Experience with network configurations in cloud environments. • Familiarity with Intune for device management. • Experience in IT support, particularly in a helpdesk role, managing tickets and user support. Skills: • Excellent problem-solving skills, especially in troubleshooting complex system issues. • Proficiency in scripting for automation (e.g., PowerShell). • Knowledge of security practices, including identity and access management. • Strong communication skills for working with team members and documenting processes.
