Key Responsibilities: Provide expert consulting services related to Microsoft Dynamics D365, AX modules, and custom built extensions. Develop and implement custom solutions using SQL, C#, .NET, and other relevant programming languages. Create insightful reports using tools like Power BI and SSRS. Support Microsoft Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, Azure, and cloud migration projects. Ideal Candidate: Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 and related technologies. Strong programming skills, including SQL, X++, C#, and .NET. Proven ability to solve complex problems and deliver results. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to clearly document own work products and review/contribute to the documentation across complex assignments Accountable for quality, completeness, and on-time delivery of an assigned project. Developing data strategy for complex assignments. A problem-solving mindset, with the ability to troubleshoot issues as they arise and find effective solutions; Reporting and Data Management Data management packages and REST API experience Utilize various programming languages (AL, VBA, Python, .NET, APIs, DAX) to integrate various data sources and streamline data processing. Developing, designing or supporting reporting platforms or analytical tools including Power BI Data integration by using Common Data Service in D365 Develop Integration layer for data integration considering new data and modified data in source and target systems SSRS, SSIS, ETL processing for data migrations or integrations Ability to develop SSIS Packages for data dumps, data migration, and data transformation Technical / Networking Support the creation and maintenance of any corporate database, in production, development, and test/QA environments Conduct AD or SharePoint migrations, ensuring all user accounts and permissions are accurately replicated in the new system; Expertise with the Microsoft Power Platform including PowerBI and Power Automate Expertise in supporting cloud migrations to Azure or managing Azure hosted infrastructure Additional Nice to Have Skills Functional application support for Microsoft ERP, CRM or similar based applications Business process expertise around core processes including Record-to-Report, Procure-to-Pay, and Order-to-Cash MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS 5 plus years of related experience. Previously employed by MSP provider or consulting company or as part of an internal IT organization Proven experience as a Project Engineer/System Engineer or similar role within an IT environment; Familiarity with Dynamics 365, Office 365, SharePoint, and Azure platforms; Cloud Talent
