RESPONSIBILITIES - Working with our MSP, provide end-user support for all IT related issues, including troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and connectivity problems - Working with our MSP, manage our network infrastructure, including setting up and maintaining network equipment, ensuring network security, and monitoring network performance - Ensure the security and reliability of our systems by implementing and maintaining security measures, conducting regular system backups, and performing system updates and patches - Manage our IT assets, including inventory management and software licensing - Participate in the selection and implementation of new IT systems and technologies, with a focus on the Microsoft stack, AWS, and other cloud-based solutions - Document and maintain IT procedures and user guides - Assist with IT-related projects and initiatives as needed - Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in IT to identify opportunities for improving our systems and processes REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field - 5+ years of experience in IT support and network administration, with expertise in the Microsoft stack and cloud-based solutions - Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including LAN, WAN, routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs - Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, and other Microsoft technologies - Experience with cloud-based solutions such as Azure, Office 365, and SharePoint - Knowledge of AWS cloud services such as EC2, S3, and RDS - Knowledge of IT security principles and best practices - Relevant security certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or CISM are a plus - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Relevant IT certifications, such as MCSE, MCSA, or AWS certifications, are a plus
