This role is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing endpoint systems, ensuring secure and efficient operation of devices across the enterprise. Role & Responsibility: Tasks That Will Lead to Your Success • SCCM & Intune Administration: Oversee the daily operations of SCCM and Intune, managing software deployments, patching, compliance policies, and reporting. • Endpoint Engineering: Develop and maintain Windows desktop standards, configurations, images, and policies to ensure secure and optimized endpoint management. • Automation & Scripting: Utilize PowerShell scripting to automate tasks, streamline operations, and improve endpoint security. • Security & Compliance: Implement security policies, authentication standards, and conditional access rules for endpoint security and device compliance. • Performance Optimization: Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network configurations to improve system performance. • Collaboration & Support: Work closely with Security, Infrastructure, and Support teams to ensure seamless operations and timely issue resolution. • Documentation & Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation, standard operating procedures, and knowledge base articles. • Project Leadership: Lead and contribute to medium-to-large scale IT projects focused on endpoint management and security improvements. Skills & Experience Qualifications That Will Help You Thrive • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering. • Minimum 6 years professional experience in a technical engineering position involving infrastructure design technologies, data management and interchange, system design and/or development for complex applications. • A deep understanding of Windows desktop operating systems, Windows deployment, SCCM and Intune, with experience in endpoint security, automation, and hardware/software management. • Experience developing and maintaining endpoint policies, configurations and images. • Experience producing and maintaining desktop standards, knowledge bases, operating procedures, guidelines and system SOPs. • Able to solicit, gather, document, and analyze system specifications and requirements. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with others in a team environment. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
