Link Technologies (), a Las Vegas, NV based IT consulting firm, is seeking a SharePoint Workflow Migration Consultant to join our team. This position will lead the migration of approximately 60 business-critical workflows developed in Microsoft SharePoint 2013 to Microsoft 365 using Power Automate. This role requires a deep understanding of legacy SharePoint Designer workflows and the modern Microsoft 365 ecosystem, with a focus on automation, integration, and scalability. QUALIFICATIONS • Minimum seven (7) years of hands-on experience with Microsoft SharePoint workflow development, including SharePoint Designer. • Minimum four (4) years of experience developing solutions using Microsoft Power Automate. • Proven experience migrating workflows from SharePoint 2013 to Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online). • Strong understanding of Power Platform components, Microsoft 365 architecture, and modern list and library functionality. • Ability to troubleshoot issues, propose alternatives, and ensure continuity of business processes. • Experience with PowerShell scripting and use of Microsoft migration tools (e.g., SharePoint Migration Tool, ShareGate) is a plus. • Excellent communication and documentation skills. PREFERRED SKILLS • Familiarity with Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, and Azure services. • Experience working in regulated or enterprise environments. • Microsoft certifications in Power Platform or SharePoint/M365 development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES • Assess existing SharePoint 2013 workflows for compatibility and migration strategy. • Validate existing workflows are working as expected without errors • Design and implement equivalent or improved workflows in Microsoft 365 using Power Automate and related tools (e.g., Power Apps, Azure Logic Apps). • Collaborate with business users and IT stakeholders to gather requirements, validate functionality, and optimize workflow performance. • Document migrated workflows, including technical design, configuration details, and support procedures. • Provide knowledge transfer, support, and training to internal teams as needed.
