Position Responsibilities • Support daily operations in Microsoft 365, Power Platform and related collaboration tools. • Help monitor system performance, usage, licensing and troubleshoot any issues. • Document and help guide team through procedures, configurations and best practices. • Participate in change management and release planning. Minimum Requirements • This full-time, 12-week internship is open to Junior-status college students only. • Pursuing a Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field. • Interest in Microsoft 365, Power Platform and enterprise IT systems. • Strong communication, writing and problem-solving skills.
